Free scan · From public records

Your last health inspection is public record — we pulled the violations your inspector will look for first, free.

Walk into your health inspection already knowing the score. Kitchen Pass Check reads your location's own published inspection history and turns it into a one-page brief: your last grade, the violations that keep coming back, the ones still open — and the items most likely to be cited again on the next visit.

Request received — scan in progress

Got it. Your free scan is being prepared from your location's public inspection history, and your one-page brief — “Your next inspector will look for these first” — will be emailed to you.

Inspectors start where the record points them — repeat and uncorrected violations get checked first. The free scan reads that same record before they walk in.

01

What the free check covers

The free scan is a checklist built from your location's own public inspection history — the same record your next inspector can see. It arrives as a one-page brief: “Your next inspector will look for these first.” If a detail can't be confirmed from the public record, it is marked TO CONFIRM — never filled in, never guessed.

  • Last grade / scoreYour location's most recent inspection result, as published — the number or letter your customers can already look up.
  • Repeat violationsThe violations cited more than once across your inspection history — the ones inspectors re-check first, because they've been written up before.
  • Violations still open or uncorrectedAnything the public record shows as outstanding — items with no confirmed correction are the fastest way to lose points on the next visit.
  • Ranked: “Most likely to be cited again”Your history ranked into a fix-first list, so the crew works the items most likely to be cited again — in order — before the inspector arrives.

Last grade / score on record

Pulled straight from your location's published inspection result. If the jurisdiction doesn't publish a grade or score for your location, this line reads TO CONFIRM — we don't estimate one.

Public record
02

Repeat violations, ranked

Every violation cited more than once, in the order an inspector is most likely to re-check it — with the inspection dates it appeared on.

Public record
03

Open or uncorrected items

Violations the record still shows as outstanding. Where the public record doesn't state a correction status, the item is flagged TO CONFIRM rather than assumed fixed — or assumed broken.

To confirm where unpublished

Format preview only — your brief is built from your location's actual public inspection history, and only from that.

Who this is for

Kitchen Pass Check is built for the people who carry the grade — at independent restaurants and small chains in graded-inspection markets, where the score posts publicly and lands in the window.

Owner-operators

You run the store and the grade is your name. The free scan shows you exactly what the inspector already knows about your kitchen — before the visit, while there's still time to fix it.

Directors of operations

You oversee several locations and can't stand in every kitchen. Per-location briefs and Pass Watch alerts tell you which store needs attention this week — and which one is about to post a bad surprise.

Graded-inspection markets

If your market publishes letter grades or scores, your inspection history is already public — to inspectors, customers and competitors. This reads it the way they do, and turns it into a fix list.

03

How it works

Three steps. No sales call required to get the free brief.

1

Send the location — free

Fill in the form at the top of this page: your name, email, the business name and the address of the location. Two minutes, no cost, no obligation.

2

Get your brief by email

We pull the location's public inspection history and email the one-page brief: last grade, repeat violations, open items, and the ranked “most likely to be cited again” list.

3

Fix it before they arrive

Work the list with your crew — or go deeper with the Readiness Audit and Pass Watch below, and bring in a contractor for the physical fixes.

04

Go further: audit & watch

The free scan reads the record. These two go inside the kitchen — one prepares you for the next inspection, the other makes sure a new one never catches you off guard.

When the fix is physical, we build it

Not every corrective action is a training issue. Plenty of repeat violations live in the building itself — and no amount of coaching fixes a failing grease trap.

The physical side of the corrective list

  • Grease — traps, interceptors and lines that keep failing inspection
  • Plumbing — leaks, drainage, backflow and fixtures cited as facility violations
  • Exhaust — hood and ventilation systems that don't move air the way the form requires
  • Surfaces — floors, walls and ceilings that can't be properly cleaned or have fallen into disrepair

One team reads it and repairs it

Kitchen Pass Check is operated by All American Construction Group — a working general contractor. When your corrective-action list splits into operator fixes and physical fixes, the physical side doesn't need a second search: AACG performs those contractor fixes.

The pass is where the grade is earned — clean surfaces, working exhaust and sound plumbing are inspection items, not decoration.

What the scan is — and isn't

Read this before you rely on it

  • Public records only. The free scan is built from your location's published inspection history. If a jurisdiction doesn't publish an item, we don't invent it — it is marked TO CONFIRM.
  • A brief, not a verdict. The scan shows what your record says and what it points to. It is not an inspection, and it cannot promise a grade — only the inspector assigns that.
  • The record can lag. Public postings update on the jurisdiction's schedule, not ours. A correction you've already made may not show yet — tell us in the form notes and we'll note it.
  • Questions? Email hello@kitchenpasscheck.com — a person reads it.
